Refunds and orders

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User when placing the Order within an approximate period of between one and seven (1-7) business days from when they leave the QUENTIN QICO warehouse.
QUENTIN QICO does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for such effect, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product in Customs.
Delivery times are approximate, although QUENTIN QICO tries to adhere to them.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, customs charges at destination and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the merchandise.
The recipient will be responsible for all import expenses and taxes generated at the destination customs office, whether or not the merchandise is delivered to them.
We will try to ship the order in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the importation of the items ordered, since QUENTIN QICO has no responsibility for them. Nor will the effects produced by strikes, war conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control be attributable to QUENTIN QICO.
QUENTIN QICO will not be responsible for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the applicable regulations, in the event that the User is contracting as a consumer, they may withdraw from the contract (except in the cases established by law) and freely return or exchange the Products delivered at any time within the period of fourteen ( 14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the same (the “Withdrawal Period”).
In the event that the User wants to exercise their right, they must contact QUENTIN QICO through the email address to proceed with the exchange / return.
 
If the User resides in Spain:
The User may return the Product and the amount paid will be reimbursed or they may exchange the Product for another of a different size or color. The User must send the Product that he wishes to return / exchange to the address provided by the Customer Service team, including the completed “Exchange and Returns Sheet”. The shipping costs of the returned product will be borne by the User.

Once the pertinent inspection of the returned Product has been carried out in order that the requirements established in section c) are met, QUENTIN QICO will proceed to make the refund or send the new Product according to the User’s preference.
 
If the User lives outside of Spain:
The User may only return the Product and be reimbursed the total amount paid (this amount does not include the shipping costs that would have operated, where appropriate, at the time of purchase). The User must send the Product that he wishes to return to the address provided by the Customer Service team, including the completed “Exchange and Returns Sheet”. The shipping costs of the returned product will be borne by the User.
Once the pertinent inspection of the returned Product has been carried out in order to fulfill the requirements established in section c), QUENTIN QICO will proceed to reimburse the total amount of the Product paid (not including shipping costs, if they had operated at time of purchase).

After the Withdrawal Period has elapsed, no changes or returns of Products will be accepted. Changes will only be accepted for those Products that may have been defective in accordance with the provisions of section b) below.

In the case of a multiple order, only the first exchange / return of a product will be free. The shipping costs of the remaining changes / returns must be borne by the customer with a surcharge of € 6.00 euros for each product.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event that the User considers that the Product does not conform to the specifications established for said Product, they must contact QUENTIN QICO immediately through an email to the contact address and if they choose to return or replacement with an identical Product.

The User may return the Products, in the place where they were delivered, to a courier that QUENTIN QICO will send or return the Product by its own means. Once the pertinent inspection of the returned Product has been carried out, QUENTIN QICO will send, within a reasonable period of time, an email to the User informing him of whether the return or replacement of the Product is appropriate (the “Return or Replacement Decision”). In such case, the return or replacement of the Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of shipment of the Return or Replacement Decision.
In the event that the return or replacement is appropriate, QUENTIN QICO will fully reimburse the User for the price of the Product including shipping costs. If the User has opted for the replacement, QUENTIN QICO will bear all the shipping costs.

PROVISIONS COMMON TO RETURNS

The User must meet the following requirements to make use of the right of withdrawal, as well as to be able to make returns and replacements of Products:

(i)To organize the collection of the Product, the User must first contact QUENTIN QICO by sending an email to the address quentinqico@quentinqico.com; ;

(ii) The User may certify the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any way admitted by law, considering in any case validly exercised by returning the Product.
 
(iii) The Product must be returned in the same condition as in which it was received. QUENTIN QICO will not reimburse any amount if the Product has suffered any damage, so the User must be careful with the Product while it is in their possession; and

(iv) The return will be made in the same means of payment that the User used to pay for the Product.

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Shipments that are destined for countries outside the European Union or areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to additional expenses (import taxes, customs duties and / or fees applied by the authorities of each country) of which the buyer will be responsible. Customs policies vary widely, so we recommend that you contact your local customs office to have all the information.
